No. You are not required to take your vehicle to a drive-in claims facility. You have the right as the vehicle owner to get an estimate wherever you like. 

Do I need to contact more than one shop for an estimate?
No. While it is always a good idea to shop around, you only need one estimate. 

Am I required to notify my insurance company before repairs begin on my vehicle?
Yes. You are required to notify your insurance company and make a claim report. Once a claim report has been made, you may proceed to repair your vehicle at the repair facility of your choice. 

How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
Repair time can vary based on the extent of the damage caused to your vehicle. Your adviser will give you an estimate how long it will take to complete the repair. 

Will the parts be ordered before I drop off my vehicle for repair?
We typically order parts at the time that we write the estimate and schedule your vehicle for drop-off. 

When is my car considered a total loss?
A car is considered a total loss when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle. 

Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?

Can you match the paint color?
